TWO SENIOR ENGINEERS · REMOTE · 2 CLIENT SLOTS OPEN
We build, automate and fix the software your business runs on.
For growing businesses and product teams: we orchestrate your AI tools, APIs and CRM into workflows that don't break, and build the SaaS and WordPress products around them. Always senior, never outsourced.
Workflow orchestration, SaaS and MVP builds, and WordPress engineering for small and growing businesses, across B2B and B2C products. Three disciplines, two people, no handoffs.
Pillar 01
AI · Workflows
AI workflows & orchestration
Problem: AI, CRM and billing that don't work together: data drifts, runs fail silently.
We map how work moves through your tools, then fix or rebuild the layer between them: n8n or Make where they're enough, custom Node.js where volume and reliability matter. Queues and retries instead of chained webhooks, alerts on every run, a cost ceiling on every AI call.

Pillar 02
SaaS · MVP
Full-stack SaaS & MVPs
Problem: an MVP quoted in quarters, built to be thrown away before it has users.
Custom MVPs on Node.js, multi-tenant from the first commit, shipped in weeks and built to grow instead of being rewritten. MVP and landing page ship together, vibe-coded apps (Lovable, Replit, Bolt) get an audit and a clear fix-or-rebuild call.
→Multi-tenant data model, typed boundaries
→Queue-first services, observability day one
→CI/CD with tests and DB migrations
→MVP and landing page ship together
Pillar 03
WordPress
WordPress engineering
Problem: A site that's slow, hard to change, or can't do what the business needs next.
Custom WordPress and WooCommerce builds from scratch, landing pages that load in under a second, Core Web Vitals rescue, and CRM, payment and AI integrations inside WordPress. Hand-written themes, no page builders.

02 – Method
AI-assisted delivery,senior-reviewed code.
Not a separate service: it's how we deliver all three disciplines. Models do the repeatable work (scaffolding, tests, migrations, data plumbing). A senior hand-writes everything that carries risk. Production systems in weeks, built to keep working after launch.
Map
We map before we build
Every engagement starts with how work and data actually move: each tool, trigger and handoff, and where a run can fail. The map decides what stays in n8n or Make, what moves to code, and what gets cut.
Build
AI-accelerated build loop
Boilerplate, CRUD, tests and types come from the model. A senior rewrites auth, money, or data integrity. That split once caught a migration silently dropping a not-null constraint before it reached production.
Run
Shipped observable
Workflows and services go live with retries, alerts and a cost ceiling on every AI call. AI features with an eval set, websites with a performance budget. A failure shows up on a dashboard, not in a customer's email.
03 – Selected work
Four systems, two authors.
Client work and our own products, labeled as such. Every callout is a fact from the build, not a case-study estimate.
Gamified English-learning PWA built end-to-end on Next.js 16, React 19 and Supabase. Four connected roles (student, teacher, parent, admin) on one backend, with cached AI-generated vocabulary imagery and full CI/CD on every merge.
Autonomous PDF-to-WordPress pipeline on Node.js and Gemini AI. Parses unstructured service manuals into structured WordPress content and SEO schema, published without a human in the loop.

Atlas
Self-hosted AI project OS: Jira-style work items, Notion-style docs and GitHub-style issue tracking over one durable project memory, so coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) keep full context between tasks.
Zero-bloat B2B platform architecture, hand-written against a render budget. Sub-400ms LCP in the field, with a live "$0 invoice" performance guarantee attached to the contract from day one.

04 – The duo
No middlemen. No junior outsourcing.
The two people who scope your project are the two people who write it. Every commit carries a senior name.
Serhii
Senior Node.js Engineer / AI & Integrations Architect
Designs the backend and AI layer of every workflow: event-driven Node.js services, integrations, retrieval pipelines, evals and strict cost control. Years of production fintech backend work (payments, billing, transactions) mean he builds workflows that can't afford to lose a record. Also built Atlas, our internal AI workspace.
Ten years in software development, three of them in QA and test engineering. Delivery lead across everything we ship: orchestration, SaaS and MVPs, WordPress. Scope, process maps, acceptance criteria and release sit with him. Engineer, tester and performance owner in one person. Nothing ships until it passes his own tests.
We work as your engineering team, under your brand or ours: AI workflows, integrations, SaaS and WordPress builds. Referrals both ways. Talk partnerships →
06 – FAQ
Questions we get every time.
Are these prices fixed?
Fit check, Diagnose and Grow have fixed prices. Build is quoted on a written scope after Diagnose, and what you paid for Diagnose is credited to it, the package ranges above are where most builds land. Once agreed, the price doesn't move unless the scope does.
What if we don't continue after Diagnose?
You keep the process map, scope and architecture notes and owe nothing more. They're yours to take to any team.
Do you work with n8n, Make or Zapier?
Yes. If a no-code platform is enough for the volume and the risk, we build on it and document it. When runs need retries, deduplication or an audit trail that a no-code chain can't give you, we move that part to custom Node.js. You get the cheapest setup that won't break.
Can you fix automations someone else built?
Yes, that's often where we start. Diagnose maps what you have, shows where data gets lost or duplicated, and ends with a fix list and a fixed price.
Who actually writes the code?
The two of us. 20 years combined, no juniors, no outsourced contractors, no agency layer between you and the commit. The two people who scope your project are the two people whose names are on every pull request.
